What is the difference between Soy Wax and Paraffin Wax?
This is a question we get a lot! Some key differences are that Soy wax is considered a more environmentally friendly wax as it is made with soy beans, a renewable resource. Where as Paraffin wax is made from a gasoline by product making it not only not biodegradable nor is it environmentally friendly.
When the two waxes were compared burning, Soy wax was shown to release fragrances much easier then the Paraffin wax. Along side that, Soy wax produces far less soot going into the air when compared to Paraffin wax.

Escentwick was established in 2017 with the goal to be an all natural brand. Since then we have developed into a small business that sells our candles all over the United States. We currently sell on Etsy and in local craft and vendor markets. Escentwick's products are also in a small handmade store in Anamosa, Iowa. Our goals for the future months would be to sell our candles in more stores locally and to hopefully start shipping internationally.

How do you ship candles?
Escentwick's candles are shipped in a brown box that fits the candle perfectly. In the box we provide plenty of brown shredded paper to ensure the candle does not bounce around or get dented.
How fast can I expect my order to arrive?
Of course, handling time varies on the quantity of the order. However, we do pride our selves on getting our candles shipped out within two days after they are ordered.
